The only damage to the vessel from the incident is a slightly bent pulpit and a bent stanchion and stanchion base.

When I have received all the offers, the best price will secure the boat. The closing date for offers will be Thursday 17th February 2022. PAYMENT DETAILS

When notified of being the winning bid. The full payment will need to be made to the yacht’s insurers by 21 February 2022, and the yacht will only change hands when cleared funds have been confirmed.

I (David Cox) will provide payment details when I notify the winning bidder.

A bill of sale will also need to be filled in once the financial transaction has been completed between the winning bidder and the current owner for a sum of £1 and other considerations.

Failure to complete the transaction with the insurers within the time span stated will result the yacht being offered to the next highest bidder who will be given the same time to complete the transaction.
